On the 12th July, for 3 days, 10 CAE employees embarked on a cycle tour of the CAE offices.
On day 1, starting at our Watford head office, we travelled down into London, firstly stopping at the Cancer Research head office, then onto our London office, before heading down through London, over the South Downs (including the infamous Ditchling Beacon) and into Brighton.
Day 2, saw us travelling up from Brighton to our Bracknell office. While a shorter day, some challenging hills were encountered on the way.
Day 3 was the big challenging day, from Bracknell we will head up to Oxford, then from Oxford we returned back to Watford. This saw us going over the Chiltern Hills twice.
We were fundraising for Cancer Research UK, the leading UK charity providing funding for research into beating cancer.
