CAE is very proud to announce that we have recently been awarded a place on Lot 2 of the SSSNA framework as a nominated reseller for Dell Technologies. Lot 2 includes the supply of storage hardware including virtual appliances and software defined storage inclusive of backup solutions, software support, maintenance and warranty extensions.
The SSSNA framework enables universities, higher education and further education colleges to purchase servers, storage and solutions, including converged infrastructure and end to end solutions. The SSSNA framework streamlines the engagement process with the academic community, enabling projects to be delivered seamlessly ensuring the best possible customer outcomes are achieved. The SSSNA framework also reduces procurement costs and time. Importantly, SSSNA helps provide value for money to students, staff and wider communities. The SSSNA is managed by the Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC).
Dell has awarded CAE as a nominated reseller for the SSSNA framework alongside other partners within the scope of the lot2 which is for storage solutions. CAE’s strategic relationship with Dell on the SSSNA framework means that our Education customers will get access to the latest data centre technology solutions, such as Dell EMC PowerStore, Dell EMC PowerScale and Data Protection.
“We love working in strategic partnership with a number of universities and colleges throughout the UK. CAE are proud to have been chosen to be on the SSSNA framework, which means our Education Team will be fired up and ready to listen to our academic customers, helping them deliver the best possible end-to-end outcomes”. Richard Behan, COO.
